EXERCISE- To walk or not to walk?

Every diet, any weight loss program, anything you do, they tell you to exercise. Try as you might there is no way to get away from this. My problem is my options for exercise are very limited. Can't ride a bike, can't do anything high impact, no weight lifting, don't own a treadmill, I could go swimming but my scarred body doesn't like bathing suits. Haha. Insecure, maybe a little. But that's not the point. I set out to try and find something I could do at home, that wouldn't cause me a lot of pain, and that definitely wouldn't be dangerous to me. And I did it, I found something. Now this is a very laughable concept, but for me it works. And I'm sure there's plenty of other people who do this in the privacy of their own homes. Coupled with Isagenix I feel like I'm doing very good. If you can't get out to a gym to use a treadmill or don't have a lot of exercise options available to them I definitely recommend you give this a try. Its a set of 3 tapes. It is an indoor walking program! Sounds funny, yes, effective? Very. Its honestly a good workout! I picked it up at Kmart for like 20 some odd dollars. If you know of anything else, let me know! |
